COVID-19 PROCEDURES TO PROTECT CLIENTS AND STAFF

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, call the salon when you arrive so we can check you in. Wait in your car until 5 minutes before appointment.

We recommend you wear an old shirt, especially if receiving a color service. We will not be giving out robes.

Bloom Appointment Agreement Waiver MUST BE SIGNED before arrival

ENTERING

No entry without a mask. Must wear a mask with ear hooks (no ties) AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you don’t have mask, you can purchase one at Bloom.

Temperature Check- must be below 100.4°F. If you have a temperature, you will be rescheduled and not charged for your appointment.

You must wash or sanitize your hands upon entering Bloom.

You must limit your personal items to 1 item/bag (i.e. drinks, snacks, reading materials).

Only the client receiving services will be allowed in the salon (no pets or family members/friends allowed at the appointment). The ONLY EXCEPTION will be when a client is a child, the parent can come in to talk to the stylist then must leave the building.

WHAT BLOOM IS DOING TO PROTECT OUR CLIENTS/STAFF

Plexiglass partions at the front desk, shampoo area, and nail station.

Allocated markings for 6 . distance at register.
All staff MUST wear masks.
All tools and stations will be sanitized a er each client.

The entire Salon will be sanitized around the clock from opening to closing every day. We will have housekeeping oneach floor all day long.

We will not be serving drinks or snacks. Magazines will not be available.

Bloom’s state of the art HVAC/ Ventalation System replenishes fresh air every 20 minutes all day long.

OTHER

TIPS – List by stylist will be available at the front desk as how they are receiving tips (i.e. cash or Venmo).

ATM – Will be wiped down after each use.

PARKING - Metered parking is available with 2 hour limits. Client is responsible for maintaining their own meter and bringing theirown coins. Staff will no longer be making meter runs.

2-You’ll  be automatically checked in when your 500 ft from bloom. 
3-Wait in your car or outside and we will notify you when your artist is ready for you to come in.
